This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Scrum values, practices, and rules
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team setting.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress
- Facilitate communication between team members, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of open and transparent communication within the team.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
- Track and report key Scrum metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts.
- Provide insights into team performance and progress.
- Address conflicts within the team and facilitate resolutions.




- Promote a positive and constructive team setting.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
- Ensure that backlog items are refined and ready for the upcoming sprints.
- Provide training and support to team members on Scrum practices.
Help the team understand and embrace agile principles. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of agile metrics and reporting.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a Scrum Master role.
