Job Summary

The Branch Coordinator - Kochi will be responsible for overall branch performance with a primary focus on sales growth, team coordination, and revenue achievement. The role combines sales leadership, counsellor management, and branch-level operational coordination to ensure targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership (Primary Role)
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Kochi branch.
- Lead and manage student counsellors / sales executives.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
- Personally handle high-value students, escalations, and final closures.

Team Coordination & Performance
- Conduct daily sales reviews and performance discussions.
- Train and guide counsellors on call quality, counselling structure, and closing.
- Track individual performance and ensure accountability.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and productivity of the branch team.





Branch Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Documentation, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate data entry by all counsellors.
- Manage walk-ins, appointments, and branch-level scheduling.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Kochi branch.

Reporting & Management Updates
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and branch reports.
- Analyze sales performance and share improvement plans with management.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with marketing for improvements.

Qualifications & Experience Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Marketing:
- MBA is an added advantage

Experience
- 3-6 years in sales (Education / Study Abroad / EdTech preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in handling a sales team or branch-level responsibility
