Your Team

Stability Central Support Services Team is epitome of delivering superior services to Invesco. We act as a front line of support responsible for ensuring business continuity and stability of our technology platforms. We partner with Tech teams to deliver customer service excellence.

Your Role:
In your role, you will be front ending support for Applications as well as Infrastructure components of Technology. You will be looking after, Incidents and requests from business and technology teams.



You will also ensure each of business-critical apps are reliable for business to perform their business-as-usual activities. In this role you will be exposed to breadth of tools and technology used across Tech functions.

You Will Be Responsible For:
Support- Support the 24/7 Investment Operations-
- take necessary action on the failures and report as appropriate-
- Perform NOC Responsibilities and Monitoring tasks- Actively participate in transition of work form L2 to L1- Complete necessary document reviews and assist in transition process- Perform self-access reviews as part of transition- Perform troubleshooting as per the knowledge articles and suggest improvements- Suggest ideas to improve the current process by lateral thinking and innovation

Other- Attend scheduled meetings with Team Lead/Department/Town Hall representation- Become familiar with company methodologies- Actively participate with Team Lead in creating personal development plan- Provide the Team Lead with ideas to enhance or impr
