Title: Land Acquisition

Experience: 4-10Yrs Exp

Location: _Bannerghatta_, Bangaluru

Identify potential land parcels suitable for residential / commercial

development.

Liaise with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders for negotiations.

Conduct feasibility studies, zoning checks, and development potential

analysis.

Negotiate land pricing, terms, and agreements with landowners.

Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence, title verification, and

documentation.

Ensure land is free from legal disputes, encumbrances, and litigations.

Manage acquisition process including MoU, JV agreements, sale deeds, and

registrations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
