Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards
- Make beds, change linen, and replace towels and amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Check room fixtures, lights, AC, TV, and report defects
- Ensure rooms are ready on time for arrivals and check-ins

Guest Interaction & Service
- Greet guests politely and respond to guest requests promptly
- Provide extra linen, amenities, water, or pillows when requested
- Maintain guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality
- Handle guest belongings carefully and report lost & found items

Hygiene & Safety
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely
- Follow hotel safety, fire, and emergency procedures

Coordination & Reporting
- Update room status to the Floor Supervisor / Front Office
- Report maintenance issues immediately to engineering
- Maintain daily room cleaning checklists and records





Linen & Inventory Control
- Collect soiled linen and replenish clean linen and uniforms
- Control usage of guest supplies and cleaning materials
- Maintain proper storage of housekeeping equipment

Public Area Support (if assigned)
- Assist in cleaning corridors, lifts, staircases, and public areas
- Support deep cleaning and special cleaning schedules

Grooming & Discipline
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
- Follow hotel rules, SOPs, and code of conduct
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions
