TRAINER JOB DESCRIPTION
*Role Summary:*
Responsible for training and monitoring Business Development Managers (BDMs) on finance, loan products, sales processes, and calling quality to improve performance and ensure process adherence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Train current joiners (BDMs) and support onboarding
- Train and guide new trainers on training processes
- Conduct daily/regular training sessions
- Monitor calling quality and share feedback
- Share scripts, Q&As;, and voice recordings
- Track performance (Green / Yellow / Red zones)
- Coordinate with Team Leaders (TLs)
- Monitor leads, profiling, and case analysis
- Ensure process adherence and discipline
- Manage internal communication and updates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
