About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executives to support our day-to-day service operations. This role involves process handling, coordination and ensuring smooth execution of customer cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling operational tasks related to service processin
- Coordinating with internal teams and customers
- Maintaining records and updating systems accurately
- Calling customers for follow-ups and coordination
- Following standard operating procedures
- Ensuring timelines (TAT) are met
- Supporting process improvements and daily reporting

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong attention to detail and discipline
- Ability to work in a team workplace
