Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Caller Executive to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone, explain our products or services, and generate leads or sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers / handle inbound calls
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales where applicable
- Maintain call records and update customer data in CRM or Excel
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Experience - 2yrs
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
