Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and IVR platforms and Other Omni-channels.
- Presenting Demos to the Clients of Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and IVR platforms and Other Omni-channels.
- Configure client accounts, routes, sender IDs, templates, and campaign settings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct product demos, platform walkthroughs, and usage training for clients.
- Support API integrations (HTTP/SMTP) and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Enable WhatsApp Business verification, Embedded Sign-Up (ESU), chatbot setup, and account provisioning.
- Execute and monitor SMS, WhatsApp, and IVR campaigns.
- Track delivery reports, credits usage, traffic flow, and account health.
- Analyze logs and reports to identify and resolve delivery or configuration issues.
- Handle DLT registration, sender ID and template approvals, and TRAI compliance.
- Ensure adherence to fraud prevention, spam control, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations,



and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients on updates, issues, and improvements.
- Document SOPs, workflows, and client-specific configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:2+ years

Experience in CPaaS, telecom, SaaS, or customer success roles

Hands-on experience with Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and IVR platforms

Technical Skills
- API integration and troubleshooting (HTTP/SMTP)
- WhatsApp Business enablement and chatbot configuration
- Campaign execution, delivery issue resolution, and log analysis
- DLT registration and TRAI compliance management

Qualified Skills
- Strong client communication and relationship management
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Effective time management and multitasking across accounts
- Cross-functional team collaboration and coordination
