Responsibilities

1) Providing service and customer support during field visits

2) Managing all onsite service, repair, maintenance and test tasks

3) Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper soluTons

4) Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

5) Onsite real Tme report generaTon in mobile applicaTon

6)



Report to the Business Development Executive

7) Stay up-to-date with new products/services

8) Follow team schedule

9) Professionalism

Requirements:
1) Proven work experience as a Service Technician

2) Familiarity with Tools & machinery

3) Excellent communication skills

4) Open for touring across region

5) Minimum working experience: 2 years or Fresher

6) Minimum qualification: ITI (Preference to Fitter trade)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
