We are hiring an experienced Kitchen Stewarding Supervisorto join our team.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in kitchen stewarding or a similar supervisory role

Language Requirement: English and Hindi (mandatory)

Salary: Based on last drawn salary and interview performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team to ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Monitor dishwashing and waste disposal processes to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and guide staff on proper kitchen sanitation practices and handling of equipment.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow in kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen stewarding or a related role.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene best practices.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
