We are looking for confident and enthusiastic International Outbound Process Executives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to international customers for sales, lead generation, surveys, or customer engagement.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers (US/UK/AUS, etc.)
- Promote products/services or generate qualified leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Maintain call quality and follow communication scripts/guidelines




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Update customer details and call outcomes in CRM
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international calling standards

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English:
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling & night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,822.98 per month
