Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure shift targets are met.
- Manage shop-floor manpower and ensure proper attendance and discipline.
- Ensure basic quality standards and safety rules are followed.
- Coordinate with seniors, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth production.
- Maintain shift-wise production data and simple reports.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing / production workplace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
