Experience - minimum 15 years in CBSE
Job Summary:
The Principal serves as the instructional leader and administrator, driving academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring efficient operations. This role includes overseeing staff, students, and resources while building strong partnerships with stakeholders to meet the school’s educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead instructional planning, teacher support, and student achievement initiatives.
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students and staff.
- Build relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate school personnel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Education or Leadership (Doctorate preferred).
- Experience: 15+ years teaching; 5+ years leadership.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, data-driven decision-making.
