About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator (Customer Service) to support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects across teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in project coordination and gain hands-on exposure to stakeholder communication, data handling, and project operations.

As a Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and communication flows effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Support project managers in day-to-day execution and follow-ups.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and timely communication of updates, requirements, and changes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on organizational goals.

Data Management




- Maintain and update organisational data, trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across tools and systems.
- Prepare basic reports for management review.

Internal Meetings Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely closure of action points.

Administrative & Support Tasks
- Maintain documentation, records, and files.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to project operations.
- Support process improvements and documentation of best practices.
