Order Management: Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and,, returns in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally). Customer Support: Handle customer queries regarding orders, product information, and complaints promptly. Reporting: Generate and submit daily/monthly MIS reports on order status, sales, and inventory. Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with company policies, GST/VAT regulations, and, if required, ISO standards.
