Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the financial services organization. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and scalable growth while aligning operations with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall operations across financial services functions
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and risk management frameworks
- Oversee process improvement, cost control, and efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Customer Service teams
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service quality and turnaround times
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives
- Support business expansion, partnerships, and new product launches
- Build,



mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams

Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in financial services operations
- Proven leadership experience in senior management roles
- Strong understanding of banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, or investment operations
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Experience
- Experience in regulated financial environments
- Exposure to digital transformation or fintech platforms
- Strong background in compliance and risk operations

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
