DJV Infrastructure Private Limited is a growing company working across infrastructure, construction, and allied sectors. We are expanding our digital marketing efforts and looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert who can generate high-quality leads and scale campaigns profitably.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads specialist who understands performance marketing, audience psychology, and data. Your main goal will be to generate qualified leads at the lowest possible cost while continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Set up and optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and remarketing
- Conduct audience research and build custom and lookalike audiences
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Write ad copies and coordinate with designers for high-converting creatives
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPL, CTR,



ROAS, and conversion rate
- Create retargeting funnels for website visitors, video viewers, and lead lists
- Work with the website/landing page team to improve conversion rates
- Maintain proper reporting dashboards and share weekly performance reports
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policy changes, and recent features

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Proven track record of generating leads through Facebook & Instagram ads
- Good understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Experience with Meta Pixel, events setup, and basic analytics
- Ability to analyze data and take optimization decisions independently
- Good copy sense for ads and understanding of what makes creatives convert
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and Canva (preferred)
