About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi to Classes I-V in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
- Build students’ foundational skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods such as stories, poems, role-play, and group activities.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and students’ academic progress.
- Encourage correct pronunciation, handwriting, and language usage.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and concerns.
- Participate in school activities,



staff meetings, trainings, and academic planning.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed. is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at primary level (CBSE preferred).
- Good command over spoken and written Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and modern teaching methodologies.
