About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science/Computer Applications to Classes VI-X in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical schedules, worksheets, and assessments as per the academic plan.
- Deliver concepts related to computer fundamentals, programming basics, office tools, internet safety, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab and ensure proper use of systems and software.
- Guide students in developing logical thinking, problem-solving, and digital skills.
- Assess students’ performance through tests, practical exams, and projects, and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and students’ academic progress.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and proper maintenance of the computer lab.
- Integrate ICT tools, smart boards, and digital resources in teaching.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, trainings,



and CBSE-related academic work.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications or related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in teaching Computers to Classes VI-X (CBSE experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office, basic programming concepts, and computer hardware fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
