We’re Hiring - PPIC Executive | Jaipur

Jaiwik Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly coordinated PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) professional to manage end-to-end planning, inventory, and cross-functional coordination at our Jaipur facility.

Position: PPIC Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 2-5 years (relevant PPIC experience required)

Industry: Biotech / Pharma /FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Production planning and scheduling based on sales demand and priorities
- Close coordination with Designers and Back-Office teams for artwork, BOM, and documentation readiness
- Strong monitoring of raw materials, packing materials, and inventory levels
- Coordination with Procurement/Purchase team to ensure timely material availability
- Daily tracking of production status, line planning, and output
- Ensuring on-time dispatch through coordination with logistics and warehouse teams
- Cross-functional coordination with Production, QC, QA, Stores, and Dispatch




- Preparation and maintenance of PPIC reports, MIS, and inventory records
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and internal processes

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in PPIC / Production Planning & Inventory Control
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple departments
- Hands-on experience with raw material planning, procurement follow-ups, and dispatch tracking
- Good understanding of BOM, MRP, and inventory control systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
