Job Vacancy: Accounts & Receivables Executive / Credit Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Regular follow-up with sales team for outstanding payments
- Sending timely reminders to customers and sales team before due dates of CD / payments
- Follow-up with dealers / distributors / customers for overdue payments
- Maintain and update collection reports, outstanding statements, ageing reports, and follow-up trackers
- Track payment commitments and ensure timely realization
- Share periodic outstanding status with management and sales team
- Ensure compliance with company credit and receivable policies
- Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation and resolving payment-related issues

Eligibility & Skills:




- Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts / Receivables / Credit Control
- Experience in Agri-Input / Seed / Fertilizer / Crop Protection industry preferred
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel & ERP/accounting software
- Ability to handle dealer follow-ups politely but firmly
- Well-organized, disciplined, confident speaker and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and channel partners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
