About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands creators, trends and what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll be working on exciting brands, finding the right creators and helping turn campaign briefs into impactful influencer-led campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Work on influencer campaigns from brief to execution.
- Identify and shortlist the right influencers and creators based on the brand and campaign objective.
- Coordinate with influencers, talent managers and agencies for campaign execution.
- Develop influencer strategies, content ideas and campaign recommendations.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Creative, Strategy, Account Management and Content teams .




- Track campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
- Stay updated with new creators, social media trends, content formats and platform updates .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent partners.

What We’re Looking For
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing or a similar role .
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple campaigns .
- A good eye for content, creators and emerging trends.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced agency environment.
- Someone who enjoys discovering new creators and coming up with fresh campaign ideas .
