About the RoleMantra Care is looking for an Industrial Psychologist who is passionate about people, workplace behaviour, and HR. This role combines Industrial Psychology, HR, Employee Engagement, and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and new-hire communication.
- Act as a point of contact for employees during their initial onboarding period.
- Engage with employees to understand their workplace experience, concerns, and needs.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace well-being initiatives.
- Assist with HR operations, employee coordination, and recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 HR internship experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Good understanding of basic HR processes.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable interacting with employees and candidates.
- Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.

Work Schedule 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Office 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Break

10:00 PM – 3:00 AM: Work From Home

Work arrangement: Office + WFH

Employment: Full-Time
