Role Description The Industrial Accountant will manage and analyze financial data related to manufacturing operations, including costing, inventory valuation, and production expenses. This full-time role is on-site in Khanjhawala and involves preparing cost reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting pricing decisions for cradles, bassinets, and furniture lines. The person in this position will reconcile production and inventory records with financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and coordinate with the production, procurement, and sales teams.

Day-to-day work includes reviewing bills of materials,



tracking labor and overhead costs, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

The Industrial

Accountant will also assist management with financial planning, forecasts, and data-driven decision-making for the manufactur ing unit.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, industrial accounting, and manufacturing finance practices.
- Experience with inventory management, production costing, and reconciliation of stock and ledger balances.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets (Excel), and ERP or manufacturing systems.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, purchasing, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA) are an advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, especially in furniture or consumer goods.
- Ability to work on-site in Khanjhawala and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced production setting.
