【Job Responsibilities】

1. Drive regional distributor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets in alignment with company strategies.
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors through regular communication, coaching, performance evaluations, and account optimization.
3. Provide product training, pre-sales support, and post-sales coordination to empower distributors and enhance overall sales capability.
4. Assist distributors in executing regional promotional activities and resolving operational challenges on the ground.
5. Monitor regional pricing policy and market discipline to protect channel integrity and prevent unauthorized sales.
6. Handle sales documentation, contracts, order processing, and basic sales data analysis.
7. Collaborate with Taiwan HQ strategy to support local team operations and business execution. 8. Mandatory International Training: Must be able to travel to Taiwan HQ for a 1-to-2-month comprehensive onboarding and training program upon joining.





【Qualifications & Requirements】

1. High integrity and reliability with a strong customer-service mindset for channel management.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term, trusted partnerships.

3. Agile, highly proactive, and capable of independently resolving operational issues.
4. Prior experience in distributor management or channel development is preferred (experience in building materials, interior design, home decor, or FMCG is a strong plus).
5. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English for corporate reporting and regional coordination.

【Compensation & Benefits】

1. Competitive base salary + quarterly performance bonus: INR 1,200,000 – 1,800,000 per annum.
