What you'll actually do

- Monitoring live Meta and Google Ads campaigns daily, catching a spend spike or a lead drop before a client has to ask about it.
- Building simple performance reports that answer "is this working" without fifteen tabs of noise.
- Tracking leads from ad-click through to the CRM so nothing falls through a gap in the funnel.
- Flagging creative fatigue and feeding it back to the team before CTR quietly dies.
- Learning to read a dashboard the way a media buyer does: cost per lead first, vanity metrics never.

What we need from you

- You've poked around Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads, even if it was your own money on a personal project.
- Numbers don't scare you.



You'd rather look at a spreadsheet than guess.
- You can tell the difference between a campaign that's "underperforming" and one that's "just started."
- You're comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel and can build a easy report without being handed a template.

The numbers test

- An ad spent money today and got zero leads. Tell us the first three things you'd check, in order.
- If you can't yet, tell us how you'd figure it out. We're not expecting an expert, we're expecting someone who thinks in steps, not guesses.

Pay

- 5-15K/Month

- You'll see live spend data across a dozen client accounts at once, more real campaign exposure than most media-buying hires get in their first two years anywhere else in India.
