Software Implementation & Support

We are looking for a Software Implementation & Support Executive with good knowledge of banking operations and business processes. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ability to understand application workflows and business logic.

Key Responsibilities

Software implementation, configuration, and user support.

Understand banking requirements and application business logic.

Troubleshoot functional, data, and application-related issues.

Perform basic SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.

Coordinate with development and technical teams for issue resolution.

Provide customer support and user training when required.

Requirements: Good banking domain knowledge, basic SQL Server knowledge, robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, and good communication/customer-handling ability. Experience in Core Banking / Co-operative Banking / Microfinance / NBFC software will be an added advantage.

Location: Palakkad and Thrissur

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
