Implementation Consultant

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Implementation / Professional Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end implementation of SaaS products for clients.

- Gather and document client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Coordinate with clients and technical/product teams for timely implementation.

- Perform functional testing, UAT, and validate product features before delivery.

- Track and resolve client issues within defined SLAs; escalate technical issues when required.

- Provide post-implementation support and maintain client relationships.

- Conduct basic product training sessions for clients/users.

- Prepare user guides, FAQs, process documentation, and training schedules.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Product Implementation, Client Support, or similar roles.

- Solid client handling, communication, requirement gathering, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in testing/UAT, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and user training.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/documentation tools.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
