Design, develop, and deliver structured training content on AI/ML, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI/LLM/RAG concepts.

Conduct engaging classroom/lab sessions, workshops, and hands-on project-based learning for students/trainees.

Simplify complex AI/ML concepts into easy-to-understand, practical modules suited to learners' skill levels.

Guide learners in building real-world AI/ML projects, including data preprocessing, model building, evaluation, and deployment basics.

Introduce and mentor learners on Generative AI tools, LLMs, and RAG-based application development.

Prepare training material, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments to track learner progress.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks in AI/ML and Generative AI, and continuously refresh course content accordingly.

Evaluate learner performance through projects, assignments, and practical demonstrations; provide constructive feedback.

Support learners in interview preparation, resume building (technical projects), and portfolio development related to AI/ML.

Collaborate with the academic/training team to align curriculum with industry requirements and certification standards.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports as required.





Represent AI/ML training initiatives in internal reviews, demo days, or showcases as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning with practical project exposure (not just theoretical knowledge).

Proficiency in Python and common ML/DL libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals and architectures.

Working exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

At least one relevant AI/ML certification from a recognized platform, verifiable through certificate ID or credential link.

Prior experience in a training/teaching/mentoring role, or robust industry experience in AI/ML with the ability to communicate concepts clearly.

Ability to clearly explain personal AI/ML projects what was built, how it was implemented, and the outcomes achieved.

Good communication and presentation skills, with patience to handle learners at different skill levels.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (preferred).

Prior experience in an academic/training institute environment is an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
