We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding immigration, work permit, PR, study, and visa-related opportunities and assisting them throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries and leads received from the company.

- Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable immigration solutions.

- Explain available programs, eligibility, process, documentation, and service details.

- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams when required.





- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Maintain qualified relationships with clients and provide good customer service.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and counselling skills.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Ability to handle client queries and follow-ups effectively.

- Basic knowledge of immigration, study abroad, PR, work permit, or visa services is an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Previous experience in immigration, education consultancy, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
