Role Summary & Objectives

We are seeking an experienced and technically rigorous Senior IBM BPM / BAW Integration Developer with specialized, hands-on expertise in IBM Integration Designer (IID). In this capacity, you will architect, build, optimize, and maintain complex enterprise-grade service integrations, BPEL choreographies, and mediation modules that form the backbone of our core business operations.

The ideal candidate operates with confidence at the intersection of process orchestration and low-level system integration. You will implement robust Service Component Architecture (SCA) solutions, develop custom Java utility layers, build resilient adapters to legacy systems,



and administer/troubleshoot application runtimes in enterprise Unix/Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

A. Integration & Workflow Architecture (IID / BPEL)

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration modules, mediation modules, and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) processes using IBM Integration Designer (IID).
- Construct comprehensive Service Component Architecture (SCA) assemblies, wiring together imports, exports, Java components, mediation flows, and BPEL processes.
- Define and manage Business Objects (SDO), XML Schemas (XSD), and WSDL interfaces for seamless inter-service contracts.
- Develop complex message mediation flows utilizing standard primitives (Message Filter, Mapping, Service Invoke, Message Logger) and custom Java mediation logic.
- Configure and maintain enterprise adapters (WebSphere Adapters for JDBC, Flat Files, IBM MQ) to connect heterogeneous legacy applications.
