Edify World School, Shamshabad, Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and agile IB Principal to lead and establish the school as a high-performing international institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for academics, school operations, and overall school development.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB curriculum and programmes.
- Drive academic excellence, student development, and high-quality teaching-learning practices.
- Build, mentor, and manage a strong team of teachers and academic leaders.
- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and student-centric school culture.
- Oversee admissions, parent engagement, staff development, and school policies.




- Ensure compliance with IB standards and school quality benchmarks.
- Lead the planning and development of the school as a foundation/new school.

Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in a Principal/IB school leadership role.
- Strong experience with IB PYP/MYP/DP preferred.
- B.Ed is mandatory.
- Experience in establishing or leading a foundation/new school will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, academic, and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of international education and school operations.
