About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IaC / DevOps / SRE Automation Lead with 10+ years of IT experience to lead cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps engineering, and Site Reliability initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Terraform, CI/CD, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, automation, observability, configuration management, and SRE practices, along with the ability to drive technical standards and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure automation frameworks.
- Design and manage enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployments, patching, scaling, and operational processes.
- Establish DevOps and SRE best practices across engineering teams.
- Design highly available, scalable and resilient infrastructure platforms.
- Implement Kubernetes/container orchestration solutions.
- Drive automation across cloud infrastructure, networking, security and application deployment.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions.
- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs and SLAs.
- Improve system reliability, availability, scalability and performance.
- Lead incident management, root-cause analysis and problem management.




- Develop automation for incident remediation and operational self-healing.
- Implement GitOps / DevSecOps practices where applicable.
- Establish infrastructure standards, reusable templates and automation frameworks.
- Work closely with Cloud, Network, Security, Development and Application teams.
- Review existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for automation, optimization and cost reduction.
- Mentor DevOps/SRE engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
