Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day HVAC site activities including installation of VRF/VRV systems, DX systems, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, copper piping and insulation

- Read, interpret and execute work as per HVAC layout drawings, schematic diagrams and MEP coordination drawings on site

- Coordinate with civil, electrical and plumbing contractors for MEP work-front clearances and zero-conflict execution

- Manage sub-contractors and daily site labour task allocation, manpower planning and daily output tracking

- Track material receipts against GRN and BOQ raise material indents proactively to avoid project delays

- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site inspection checklists and quality records

- Ensure all site activities comply with HSE norms, PPE requirements and permit-to-work systems

- Support pre-commissioning checks, TAB (Testing, Adjusting and Balancing) activities and project handover documentation





- Coordinate with client SPOC and PMC on daily progress, snag clearance and milestone completions

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 4 years of experience in HVAC site execution - freshers with strong HVAC training or internship exposure are welcome

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

- Working knowledge of HVAC systems - VRF, VRV, chilled water, DX, AHU, FCU, ducting, piping and ventilation

- Ability to read and interpret HVAC and MEP site drawings independently

- Willing to work full-time on project sites across Hyderabad

- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence - mandatory for site mobility

- Positive communication in Telugu and English

- Strong ownership mindset - proactive, accountable and does not wait to be told
