Role & responsibilities

- Independently manage HVAC project site operations across assigned city - day-to-day execution, manpower and material coordination

- Coordinate with the Hyderabad head office on material procurement, approvals, technical queries and commercial matters

- Oversee material receipts at site - GRN verification, BOQ reconciliation and inventory tracking

- Manage sub-contractors and daily labour productivity; raise issues to the Project Manager with resolution recommendations

- Liaise directly with client SPOC, PMC and consultant on site progress, snag resolution and handover milestones

- Prepare daily progress reports, weekly site status updates and monthly MIS for management review

- Maintain a clean store - material in, material out, wastage tracking and reconciliation

- Ensure all site safety norms, PPE compliance and quality procedures are followed without exception





- Support testing, commissioning and project handover including as-built documentation

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC site execution or coordination experience

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems - VRF, chilled water, DX, ducting, piping

- Prior experience managing material stores and BOQ reconciliation on site

- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision from head office

- Valuable communication skills - English and Telugu mandatory

- Currently residing in or willing to be based in Vizag, Guntur, Nellore or Rajahmundry

- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
