Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work in office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in a full-time capacity, supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing employee life cycle processes, maintaining HR records, and assisting in the implementation and interpretation of HR policies. The role involves coordinating employee benefits, supporting personnel management activities, and addressing routine employee queries.



The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations, contribute to HR projects, and help improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and their practical application.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with proficiency in HRIS or related HR software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role, especially in recruitment or generalist functions, will be beneficial.
