Role Description : This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an HVAC Design Engineer. The role involves designing HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, including load calculations, equipment selection, ducting layouts, and system schematics in coordination with other building services. The HVAC Design Engineer will review architectural and structural drawings, integrate HVAC solutions with plumbing and other MEP designs, and prepare detailed design documents, BOQs, and technical reports.





Daily tasks include working closely with project teams to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, optimizing designs for energy efficiency and sustainability, and supporting design reviews and client meetings. The engineer will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage AI-based tools and workflows for more efficient and accurate design delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in HVAC Design and HVAC system planning and integration.
- Applied knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, including thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- Experience in Plumbing design and coordination with MEP systems.
- Ability to perform accurate engineering Calculations related to loads, equipment sizing, and energy efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, IS codes, local building regulations).
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in project teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interactions.
- Prior experience in building services design or consultancy environments is an advantage.
