Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

The specialist will support the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, supporting recruitment and selection processes,



collaborating with managers on workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The role also requires preparing HR reports, supporting training and development activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills to handle day-to-day employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess HR Management and HR Policies skills to support policy creation, implementation, and compliance with regulations.
