Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, managing HR policies and procedures, and supporting managers with workforce planning.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle payroll and benefits coordination, maintain HR documentation and compliance, and lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, learning, and a positive workplace culture.



Collaboration with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives and ongoing process improvement is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, feedback processes, and employee development.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a fair and inclusive work workplace.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS tools, and basic data reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or CIPD) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role; experience in a digital marketing or tech environment is preferred.
