Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records maintenance. The role will involve administering HR policies, supporting employee benefits processes, and assisting with performance management and employee relations. The specialist will coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview scheduling to support staffing needs in the salon.



This position will also help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture, ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations, and provide HR support to leadership and team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including development, implementation, and administration.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including employee records handling, onboarding, and basic performance support.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills to support a positive work workplace.
- Candidates should have attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should have prior experience in a service-oriented or retail environment; experience in the beauty or salon industry is an advantage.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
