Job Location: Wada, Maharashtra

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR activities at the textile manufacturing plant. The role will primarily focus on Plant HR, Industrial Relations, employee engagement, manpower planning, labour compliance and workforce management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing plant-level HR activities and dealing with a large workforce in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall HR operations for the textile manufacturing plant.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain effective relations with employees and workmen.
- Manage day-to-day workforce-related matters, grievances and employee concerns.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and deployment as per plant requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle contract labour and coordinate with contractors for manpower requirements and compliance.




- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain proper HR documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, manpower reports and other plant HR records.
- Coordinate with plant management and department heads on manpower and employee-related matters.
- Support training, employee engagement and welfare activities at the plant.
- Assist management in maintaining a disciplined, productive and positive work workplace.

Key Requirements:

- MBA / PGDM in HR & Industrial Relations (HR & IR).
- Relevant experience in Textile / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Plant HR and Industrial Relations.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance and Contract Labour Management.
- Experience in handling blue-collar / workmen workforce.
- Good communication, employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
