About the Role

Fly2Infinity Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, client coordination, and end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Work on recruitment requirements from multiple clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates as required.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Assist in managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
