Position: HR Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage day-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee engagement, and coordination with management and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
- Coordinate with management and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures.




- Support performance management, employee communication, and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems/MIS.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with employees and management.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
