Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Nelamangala. The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals, supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising on HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role will also involve supporting recruitment activities, facilitating onboarding,
and coordinating training and development initiatives. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement, drive culture-building initiatives, and support change management efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise, with experience implementing and improving HR processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and grievance handling.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, and experience ensuring regulatory compliance at the workplace.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including goal-setting, feedback frameworks, and appraisal cycle coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a rapid-paced setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
