Role Description The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in a warehousing and logistics environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Manager will coordinate training and development initiatives, support workforce planning, and partner with leadership to build a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.

Daily tasks include managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, handling grievance resolution, conducting HR reporting and analytics,



and supporting change management and organizational development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.

- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.

- Knowledge of HR operations such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS usage, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

- Expertise in labor laws, compliance, and policy development, including handling disciplinary procedures and ensuring regulatory adherence.

- Well-developed communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and support diverse teams.

- Experience in training design, facilitation, and learning and development programs, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.

- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics, prepare reports, and make data-informed recommendations to management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.

- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.

- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across departments, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
