HR – Real Estate Development Project

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR professional to support our real estate development project. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments. You will play a key role in building and managing our project workforce as we scale operations.

Key Responsibilities -

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for project staff, including construction, design, sales, and administrative roles
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs tailored to the real estate and construction sector
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution on-site and in the office
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping in collaboration with finance
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
- Support workforce planning, training, and talent development as the project progresses through different phases
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for project leadership

Requirements-




- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred.
- 3 – 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within real estate, construction, property development, or project-based environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment best practices, and employee engagement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project setting and handle multiple priorities.
