We’re Hiring: HR Manager. Aka Chief Empathy Officer: the person who helps keep Aventis human.

What You’ll Own

- People & Culture: Build trusted employee relationships and create a positive, inclusive and high-performance workplace.
- Engagement & Retention: Understand employee needs,



identify concerns early and implement meaningful retention and development initiatives.
- HR Operations: Manage policies, documentation, onboarding, performance reviews and employee records.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances and workplace conflicts fairly, professionally and confidentially.
- Recruitment: Manage hiring from role definition and candidate assessment through to onboarding.
- Leadership Support: Coach managers, oversee HR vendors and provide practical insights on people trends and risks.
