Role Description This remote Human Resources Intern role is an internship opportunity focused on supporting Labsity’s HR operations and talent initiatives. The intern will assist with daily HR activities, including maintaining employee records, coordinating communication with candidates, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities may include helping draft and update HR policies, assisting with documentation for employee benefits,



and contributing to personnel management tasks such as scheduling interviews and organizing HR-related data. The intern will collaborate with HR team members on projects that improve HR processes and employee experience, while gaining exposure to best practices in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
