HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company building clinical genomics products that help diagnostic labs and hospitals deliver accurate, personalized diagnostics. Backed by India's leading science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), our TB diagnostic solution was recognized among BIRAC's top innovations in the last 10 years and was launched by the Prime Minister of India at the BIRAC Showcase, Delhi, 2022.

We're looking for an HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great chance to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing HealthTech startup.

What you'll do:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates across social media and professional platforms
2.



Help screen resumes and application forms
3. Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Draft and post job openings across careers page, social media, and job boards
5. Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
6. Assist in job fairs and in-house recruitment events
7. Support onboarding coordination for new hires

What we're looking for:

1. Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
3. Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
